What methods of payment do you accept?MAGNA Pharmaceuticals accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit and PayPal.

How do I apply my promotion/offer code?Go to your shopping cart. Under the last item in your cart, on the left hand side, click on 'Enter Promo Code'. Type in your code and click apply. The discount will be shown on the right and your subtotal will be updated to reflect the discounted price.

What if the product I want is Out of Stock or Backordered?While we do our best to make sure that our products do not get backordered or out of stock, there are times when an item may sell out due to high demand. If we have an expected date of restock, we will note the tentative restock date on the product page. We also do our best to send out an e-blast when items restock so please make sure you are subscribed to recieve our emails.

Why haven't I recieved an email confirmation for my order?It may take up to an hour for you to receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. If you have not received a confirmation within an hour, you may log into your account on our website and check the ‘My Orders’ tab. You may also contact the MAGNA Order Fulfillment Team at 888-206-5525 or by email orders@magnaweb.com and one of our personnel will assist you. We are available by phone and email Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST.

How can I cancel or update my order?Once your order is packed for shipment, no changes or cancellations can be made. Should you need to update or cancel your order, please contact the MAGNA Order Fulfillment team as soon as possible. You may call us at 888-206-5525 or email us orders@magnaweb.com. We are available by phone and email Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST.

How will I know when my order has shipped?We will notify you by email when your order has been packed for shipment. This notice will contain your tracking information. Please allow up to one business day for the tracker to provide an expected date of delivery. If it does not update within this timeframe, please contact the MAGNA Order Fulfillment team. How do I track my package?Tracking information will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. The link provided will take you to the website of the postal carrier where you will be provided with an estimated date of delivery. Please allow up to one business day for the tracker to provide an expected date of delivery. If it does not update within this timeframe, please contact the MAGNA Order Fulfillment team. When will my order ship?We do our best to ship orders placed before 3:00 pm EST the same day Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST will ship the next business day. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Most orders arrive to you within five to seven business days of shipment. However, all shipping time frames are estimates provided by the carrier and we do not have control over the package once it leaves our facility. Please note that business days do not included holidays or weekends. Unforeseen weather events that effect shipping carrier services may cause delays. We ship out of Louisville, Ky.

How long does shipping take?Orders typically arrive within five to seven business days after shipment. In many cases, customers receive their order sooner. However, all time frames are estimates provided by the carrier. Once your package leaves our facility and is the hands of the carrier, it is out of our control. Please note that business days do not included holidays or weekends. Unforeseen weather events that effect shipping carrier services may cause delays. We ship out of Louisville, KY.

Do you ship outside of the United States?We currently only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

My package was lost in transit, tracking doesn't show any movement, can you help me?Once your order leaves our facility, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for any shipping issues that may occur. If you notify us, we are happy to open a missing mail search for you, which ninety nine percent of the time resolves the issue and gets the package to its destination. By purchasing from MAGNA, you agree that we are not responsible for your package once it leaves our facility and is in the possession of the carrier.

I entered the wrong address, can you help?If you entered an incorrect address on your package, please contact us immediately to let us know. You may also contact us by calling us toll free at 888-206-5525, or replying to your order confirmation email. If we have not yet shipped your order, we will get the address updated and corrected for you. If your order has already shipped, it is out of our control. If your package is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee. Other things you can try: If the address is your former address, contact the new resident and ask them to hold it for you to pick up. Contact your local post office to see if your package is eligible for Package Intercept by clicking here. Request that the destination post office hold your package for you or have it returned to sender.
